• Turmeric 1 pieces (5-6 cm)

• Galangal 1 peces (3 cm, slice it)

• Vegetable oil ½ cup

• Walnuts 8-10 (to replace the candlenuts)

• Tomato paste 1 tablespoon

• Salt 3 teas spoon

• Palm sugar 1 cube

Cooking Intructions :

• Wash and peel the ingredients that need to wash and peel. Cut the onions, garlic, Red pepper, ginger, and turmeric. Blend the ingredients using a blender except for lemongrass, bay leaves, and galangal.

• Prepare thecookong pan , add veg oil, put mashed spices in the pan, cooking until scent is come out. Then add Lemongrass, Galangal, Bay leaves, Salt, and Palm sugar.

• After that put the meat/Beef into pan, stir the meat, until the meat juice out, add Cococnut milk until boiled.

• After boiled, turn half down the fire.

• cook with low heat, until dry / half dry

• And Rendang is Ready Be Served
